One on One Personal Training

One on One training in a friendly home environment. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, JayFit can help find what type of exercise works for you and design a program to suit your personal health and fitness needs. 

JayFit can also cater for two people training sessions if you would like to train with a partner.

Weight Neutral Approach

Some people may be better suited to a weight neutral approach. This is where we forgo the scales, measurements and diet plans, and focus on positive behaviours such as movements and fun activities. We can be fit and health at any shape and size. Life is always better when we are fitter and stronger.

Strength Training

Functional training that replicates and enhances everyday activities. As we age, we all lose lean muscle and strength. By maintaining and improving our strength, we can continue to do the activities and hobbies we love with ease.

 

Programming Only

Already at a gym or doing your own home workouts? I offer programs and ongoing online support for those that want to advance further without the need to see me often.

Home Gym Set Up

Want to have your own gym set up and home but don't know where to start or what equipment you need? I can assist with the whole process. Advising what would work best in your space and where to get equipment.

Child Friendly

Unable to workout how you would like or attend the gym like you used to with having young ones to care for?

JayFit is run from the comfort of a suburban house and it's your private session. This gives you the option of bringing your young ones while you do your workout. Feel free to come and have a look to see if it works for you.

Covid Times

With Covid being present in our lives we have to adjust to a new normal. At JayFit, it is only you in your private one on one session. We don't have to worry about being in a crowded gym with others. All equipment is cleaned before your session and social distancing can be maintained if required.
